We prioritize quality and skin safety. Most of our pieces are crafted from 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, or high-grade surgical steel to ensure they are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return earrings for hygiene reasons?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or body jewelry unless they arrive damaged or defective. Other items like necklaces and bracelets may be returned within 30 days.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the shine, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and clean them gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Pierced Co items come with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.
