At Pierced Co, we want you to love your new accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and hygiene-sealed jewelry. Please note that for safety and health reasons, items with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
